This is a spectacular, investment-grade example of the classic 1950s SSS International tin-litho friction "Old-Timer" car. This particular piece is in true New Old Stock (NOS) condition and comes complete with its exceptionally rare original box. It has been beautifully preserved over the decades and is a prime candidate for a high-end Japanese tin collection.

Car Features & Condition:

• Body & Paint: The tin-lithographed body is in pristine, brilliant condition. The colors are incredibly vibrant with absolute minimal shelf age. No fading, rust, or noticeable scratches.

• Trim & Details: All brightwork, wheels, and parts are fully intact. The front license tag clearly reads "N-1929".

• Mechanism: The internal friction motor is completely functional, running exceptionally smooth and strong.

• Wheels: Rims and cream-colored hubcaps are flawless, showing no post-retail track wear.

• Box & Branding Details: * Authentic 1950s Globe Logo: The box proudly displays the highly sought-after early export hallmark: the SSS litho insignia enclosed within a Globe, with "International" and "Japan" clearly printed underneath.

• Pricing History: Features a highly desirable, clean original retail 98-Cent price stamp on the end panel, serving as a perfect time capsule. *

• Structure & Panel Folds: The original box is in stunning NOS condition, holding its shape beautifully with excellent structural integrity. Features one small factory fold on the bottom of the end panel where the manufacturer mechanically stapled the cardboard folds together during production. This is an authentic factory characteristic and not post-retail damage. No heavy water stains, major tearing, or aftermarket tape.

• Please see the high-resolution macro photographs for an exact look at the lithography details, stamp, globe logo, and factory staple placement. The item will be packed with professional-grade materials and shipped fully insured to protect the integrity of the box.
